So much potential!
This is the best way to describe the game, unfortunately this is wasted because of the various issues in the game.
The Admin: admin and game creator did an amazing job but he always conflicts with the players, Admin wants the game to be played in a specific way and will make updates (bad by the way) to combat the 'mode wrong' to play, the recipe for everything going wrong.
Community: People are generally friendly, but there are some specific people who, because of their toxic behavior, affect all other players. There are people who do not overcome events of past versions and at all times bring up problems that SHOULD already be resolved.
Moderation: Moderation is made up of players and most of them are blatantly biased, unfortunately Admin doesn't intend to take these people out, if you're friends with a moderator you have a free pass to abuse bugs, exploits and everything else. In the words of one moderator: 'if the game mechanics allow you to do this then it's not a bug' (sounds absurd? Not for him).
Updates: The purpose of updates is just one: to fight the 'wrong way' people play. Because of that there is no more freedom to build, the economy is a joke (does the advertisement talk about you becoming a powerful lord or a peaceful merchant? bullshit, there are no merchants in the game anymore, apparently earning money is a sin, the only thing to to do is create armies and fight).
RP: there is no role play in the game, in the old days actions were taken based on rp, to attack someone you would need a bellis cause or else the other kingdoms would unite against you because of your aggressive behavior, nowadays there is only a large faction (which belongs to our moderator friend where nothing is wrong) that attacks anyone they deem enemies, and unfortunately the other kingdoms can't do anything.
Playerbase: the game is dying, in the past LoL gathered many players, now every week more and more players leave the game.
Conclusion: I don't recommend it, but anyone is free to test the game and see for themselves the problems I mentioned, there's no reason to lie.
Interesting game, it's a bit disappointing after the server fire that wiped the previous iteration. However it allows for everyone to get a new start at the game, allowing things to be shuffled from the stagnant continent spanning empire created in the previous.
The game allows for, essentially, civilization development. It doesn't allow you to go along humanity's technology, but it does allow you to develop your domain and build something out of nothing.
There are wars and conflicts, you train your people to become soldiers based on their stats, and you sent them off to war. Those characters have levels, which make them better at those roles.
Players also have lordly characters, which are what allow players to interact with each other on a tile.
