I tried to like it, I just couldn't. It's a standard reskin of many other Mafia Creator games doing very little to be unique. On top of that while doing the only interesting thing in the game (chatting), I found that you aren't allowed to talk about other games.
I definitely wouldn't call this a PBBG, but I happened upon it a long while ago via Google and I have to say that is amazing. Despite being a little bias it is extremely in depth and well thought out, it seems to focus on solo play while allowing 1 of your accounts to participate in a vast online community. This game is light-years ahead of any other like it and deserves 11 stars, well done.
